This session will bring together industry leaders from leading tech companies who will share their experiences and insights on how businesses are evolving their systems to support this shift. They will discuss the critical importance of updating systems and products to ensure they work seamlessly with both legacy and new TLDs, promoting consumer choice and digital inclusion for users worldwide.With the expansion of TLDs, businesses face new opportunities and challenges in maintaining a competitive edge while ensuring their digital products and services are accessible, secure, and serve their customers globally. ICANN will present updates on the Registry Service Provider (RSP) Evaluation Program and Registry System Testing (RST) 2.0 which together evaluate that RSPs can operate a gTLD in a stable and secure manner. As part of ICANN's New Generic Top-Level Domains (gTLD) Program: Next Round, the RSP Evaluation Program is intended to reduce the cost and time involved in evaluating new gTLDs. RSPs that want to be evaluated through the program are invited to join this interactive session to ask questions about the process, the significance of the RSP Pre-Evaluation taking place now, and the RSP Evaluation Program that will take place concurrent with the application submission period for new gTLDs.
